"Closed door visit. Very calm this visit! Was on top of box, fairly relaxed. No hissing or growling. For the first half of visit watched over her babies while I played with them but was very calm. Relaxed even more and lay down with her eyes closed to rest. Would open her eyes every couple minutes to check. When she got back up I tried tossing a treat which she ate right away then surprised me by coming right up to front of cage for more. She then ate a bunch of her own food from several trays. The kittens were trying to play with her/playing with her tail while she did this and she just kept eating. Lay down after a bit and the kittens started nursing from her. Cutest little family!!
