"Assessment. Growled when I sat down outside the cage, but stopped after speaking with him for a few minutes. Sniffed the wand toy when I slid it over to him and eventually gently pawed at it a few times. Growled again when I opened the module door but stopped when I put some catnip on the wand toy and slid it back to him. Cautiously but curiously sniffed the catnip. Flinched when I lifted the wand toy and retreated slightly. Stayed in his box for the whole visit.
