"By the time I took him out of A1, the new puppies were already in there and he was barking at them as I left the room, but no sense of him wanting to redirect. Walked out A1 pretty easily and wasn't difficult walking right into WL. He needed to blow off a bit of steam in WL before letting me put the harness on. Walk to the park was mostly fine, just a bit of pulling on leash. He ran around like a goofball in the park, showed some interest in cue-response behaviors but was very careful about watching every person walking through the parking lot or near the ramp, in case any of them had dogs. We returned through the front of the building and WL, since he was being moved into WL. No incidents. FAS 3 throughout the walk - high arousal, had a hard time focusing on me, dilated pupils, tail up and stiff but wagging, hyper vigilant, ears pulled back, body somewhat tense
