"Wonderful cat - high energy! Took in a string toy to work off the excess energy - she came right up to me and rubbed against my legs. She was already getting overstimulated so I used the string toy to distract her and we played for the rest of the visit. She turned over with an exposed belly and also groomed briefly during play time. She also briefly ate some kibble while playing and then returned to chasing the string toy. She especially enjoyed attacking the string toy from behind a towel and I even got butt wiggles from her as she hid behind the towel and I dragged the string toy on the floor - she is quite the huntress! Good first visit. Enticed her out in the view of some visitors who were quite happy to see her playful behaviour - fingers crossed for the right family.
I did not pet her as she was overstimulated and had swishing tail and skin shakes when she rubbed my legs. She also reacts to any sounds near her door/entry and does not like the sound of loud doors.
